@roninjay666 possibly, but also very possibly not AI, as well. there are women who will happily do these audios and RP vids and stuff, and often by request/commission, etc. So it's very possible someone had this Penis Police fantasy and paid someone to make an audio thing of them talking about that fantasy or whatever.
it is also possible to write it into an AI and have the AI do the audio/talking. that does happen, and maybe that's what's happened here. Idk.
