you're not really damaging ur lungs as much as your throat. the coughing is usually when u have too much phlegm in ur throat while u do it as it make everything in ur nose to throat dry. just make sure to not follow exactly and take only as much as u can.

how does anyone not get lung damage from that? Everytime I consume half as much I keep coughing and wheezing for days.. I stopped now for good, unless i'm doing something wrong???
