This falls under "One of those songs they can't play today". And even though it seems to be a song about underaged girls, that is not quite what it's about. Danny Elfman saw early on that a great many guys in showbusiness (including actors, producers, directors, and musicians) often had girls hanging around them that were two or more decades younger than they were. So he wrote and performed this song in response to all of the old guys with "Little Girls", who were young enough to be their daughters (or even granddaughters). But all of the girls in the video are adults, they are simply small to add to the illusion they are "Little Girls". Movies used as sources are Teenage Sex 708 - Always Prepared, Collection Film 65 - Daddy's Friend, as well as the original music video.
